Kitchenette

At its core, Kitchenette, celebrates its Mediterranean gastronomic background and the menu attempts to cater to all pallets. From traditional marinated artichoke salad, falafel, sumac lamb kofta and baklava, as well as more international flavours such as beef carpaccio, and the always popular Kitchenette burger, they hope to provide indulgent and healthy offerings for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. The breakfast and lunch menus include menemen (baked onion, tomato, thyme, peppers and egg served with yoghurt and Turkish bread), gozleme (a Turkish pastry filled with spinach and white cheese or spiced minced lamb), and a healthy seasonal fruit platter with pistachios, honey and yoghurt.

For those with Mediterranean taste-buds, Kitchenette is a must.
