The Rum Kitchen, Carnaby

London’s Soho is getting an exciting new addition to its lively streets. Following the success of Caribbean restaurant and bar The Rum Kitchen in Notting Hill, The Rum Group will be launching a second site on December 9 in Kingly Court.

The all-day dining menu will continue to showcase the vibrant flavours of the West Indies, with the team’s modern approach to Caribbean cuisine. Newly appointed Executive Chef Jones Quaynor, previously of Cottons and Boisdale, will bring his extensive experience and a taste for home cooked, soul food to the heat of the kitchen. The menu will offer Caribbean classics ranging from saltfish fritters to the traditional curried mutton, as well as some new favourites including the swordfish sandwich with a spicy tartare and a crispy pork belly, watermelon and mango salad.
