From Wednesday the 15th to Saturday the 18th of May, The Rib Room in Knightsbridge will host an exciting and original pop-up restaurant, led by award-winning British chef Michael Wignall.
The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant is an esteemed venue, located on the ground floor of the Jumeirah Carlton Tower, in the heart of Knightsbridge. This new pop-up will offer an illustrious tasting menu, injecting additional character into the already majestic personality of The Rib Room. The menu will be available at dinner and will consist of eight different courses.
Wignall, who has been honoured with two Michelin stars, is the acclaimed head chef at The Latymer, at Pennyhill Park Hotel in Surrey. He describes his cooking as “complex and carefully crafted”. However, his attention to detail and remarkable presentation do not detract from the approachability of his style.
On working with the London establishment on what will be his first pop-up, Wignall said, “I am really looking forward to working at the award-winning Rib Room alongside their well-established team. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase my unique style of cooking to the London audience and those who might not otherwise experience it at Michael Wignall at The Latymer.”
The Rib Room was recently awarded three AA Rosettes for culinary and service excellence, promising a fantastic dining experience. Furthermore, the restaurant has an intimate atmosphere and is accompanied by an accommodating bar, as well as a recently opened terrace and smoking area.
