Starting on the 18th April, the festival will be an 11-day extravaganza of creative workshops, late-night art and music mash-ups, quirky family-fun events and interactive shopping spaces with original, affordable artwork and limited- edition prints.

Cutting-edge collectives and über-cool contemporary graphic art galleries such as Nelly Duff, Beach London and Bristol-based SOMA will each curate a bespoke space, including a tattoo parlour, toy shop, flower stall and pub, along the length of Somerset House’s Embankment Galleries to present and produce affordable artwork in front of the public, alongside creative workshops providing expert advice on all forms of graphic arts.

Handpicked for this year’s festival, Pick Me Up Selects is a spotlight showcase for vibrant new and emerging global talent. Screen-printing studio Print Club London will take over this year’s Open Studio, where visitors will have the opportunity to learn the basics of screen-printing and make personalised prints to take home.

The festival will also run an exciting and eclectic mix of events daily, from family-fun workshops to professional portfolio forums, in a dedicated events space. Some of the artists contributing to this year’s lively events programme include the award-winning animation studio Aardman, who will host Shaun the Sheep model-making workshops, and comedy cartoonists Modern Toss.
