The weekend is here and in the spirit of always learning something new why not try out one of our quick and simple recipes at home.
This week – One of Jak’s Bar’s signature cocktails – Raspberry and Pomegranate Bellini.
Ingredients:
- 20ml Raspberry Purée
- Fresh Pomegranate
- Champagne
Method:
Pour the raspberry purée into a champagne glass and add champagne. Stir gently with a bar spoon and sprinkle some pomegranate on top.
